cowaiting and Colivium are run by Daniel Gavrilov. This page explains what we collect when you use cowaiting, and what we do with it.
Your email address, to send you the emails described in the terms of service.
Your subscription settings: the coliving, your date range and your notification filters (minimum days and specific rooms). We also record whether you subscribed on cowaiting.net or through a coliving's embedded form, and the referrer URL.
Usage analytics: the pages you view, clicks and form submissions, the referrer, your approximate location (city and country), device and browser, page performance and client-side errors.
Visits to Colivium from our emails: links from our emails to Colivium, which we also run, are tagged with the email and the link they came from.
We don't share your personal data with anyone except these processors, which handle it on our behalf:
Some of them are US companies. Their data processing agreements cover transfers outside Europe with standard contractual clauses or the Data Privacy Framework.
We may publish or share aggregate statistics about subscriptions. They never identify you.
We keep your email address for up to 3 months after your subscription ends, whether you unsubscribe or your dates pass, so you can resubscribe and we can answer support requests. After that, only the rest of the subscription remains, and it no longer identifies you.
Every email has an unsubscribe link. You also have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, and to restrict or object to how we process it: email us at contact@cowaiting.net. You can also complain to a data protection supervisory authority.
cowaiting sets no cookies. It keeps the email address you last subscribed with in your browser's local storage, to prefill the form next time.
